__________
This denim blouse is a 1936 model (widely known as the Type 1 jacket), from a time when the tuck buttons on the front and cuffs had just recently changed from small buttons for pants flies to full-sized buttons for tops.
Crafted from 13.5oz. selvedge denim using an immature, unevenly spun warp/weft count of 7, the blouse features pre-war orange stitching.
The back of the left chest pocket flap is made from light-weight denim, and selvedge can be seen on the edge of the front body.
