Sugar Cane is a Japanese clothing brand who honors the history of workwear by reconstructing and reproducing iconic workwear pieces down to the smallest detail with pure Japanese quality and finesse.

Today Sugar Cane is a renowned denim brand with a unique market position as one of the best denim manufacturers in Japan.

The 2021 model is the latest style to be included in their Standard Denim Series - the first ever "tapered" slim Sugar Cane jeans.

The new style is built on the same iconic parts and fabric as the 1947 model - however the style is modified to a contemporary fit.

The jeans are crafted in a tough 14,25 oz Japanese selvedge denim. The jeans have been washed/ rinsed 1 time to soften the fabric and to avoid shrinkage when washing.

The jeans are made with hidden rivet reinforcements on the back pockets, which will be visible after wear and tear. An iconic denim detail throughout the history of jeans.

2021 model is made with button fly, high rise and selvedge detail.

PLEASE NOTE: the jeans run small in the sizing.
Martin normally wears 31, but in this case he fits a size 33.
We recommend going up 2 sizes due to the Japanese sizing.
