__________
This is an embroidered aged model of the western shirt "SC28190," a standard item from Sugar Cane. Along with ten-gallon hats and western boots, it is one of the cowboy items that developed and evolved uniquely in the United States, and is made based on vintage western shirts from the 1950s and 1960s. The denim fabric used was also analyzed from vintage, and was spun and dyed by hand.
At the time, western shirts made for western movies and stage costumes were often flashy and eccentric, with fringes and satin fabrics, but cowboys preferred fabrics such as denim, chambray, and flannel as practical wear. The body and sleeves are sewn with a double-needle rolled stitch, giving it a workwear-like feel, but one of its characteristics is that the waist is narrower than that of a work shirt.
Details The shirt
Features a western yoke, which is said to protect the shoulders in the event of a fall from a horse. Snap buttons are used on each part to make it easier to remove the shirt if it got caught on horse tack or a cow's horn during work at the time. The pearl part of the button is made of real shell (carved from a shell), so there are individual differences in color and texture depending on the part. Three buttons are used on each cuff. A luxurious construction using 18 buttons per garment. A union ticket is tucked into the back of the placket. The stitching is made with a tough chain stitch.
