We found this brand a year ago during a tradeshow in Berlin.
Here we came across some of the most incredible shirt fabrics we’ve ever handled and without a doubt we decided to bring them to Copenhagen.

Of course, Prequel comes out of Japan🇯🇵
The shirt specialists base their incredible fabrics on a sacred and precious fabric sample book by Claude Fréres (J. & Co. ,Paris) from 1907.

Prequel brings new life to these vintage fabrics by studying the analyzing the patterns with microscopic attention to detail
